  • The syllabus approved by the Government of India will be followed very strictly. This includes daily five hours of practical work and two and half hours of theory, workshop calculation, science and engineering drawing.
 
  • Trainees failing to be present for 80% of possible attendance will not be allowed to appear for the All India Trade Test.
 
  • Monthly Examination will be held in order to ensure the knowledge standard of trainees. Model Examinations will be conducted before the Public examination.
 
  • CAD is given to trainees and after the examinations certificates are issued.
 
  • To encourage the trainees in Arts & Sports and there will be District and State level meet also.
 
 
   
 
  • Application forms for admission will be issued in the first week of June every academic year.
 
  • Applicant should have the minimum required qualification and should of the age group of 14 to 40 years.
 
 
   
 
  • Causal leave- one causal leave is available each month but is not transferrable.
 
  • Medical leave can be availed in the case of falling sick.
 
  • In certain special cases, special leave can also be availed.
 
  • Prolonged absence without obtaining permission from the Director/ Principal, for ten consecutive days or more will render the trainee an absenter and liable to take action appropriately-leading to dismissal.
 
  • A trainee absenting for three or more days should inform the Director / Principal.
 
  • Trainees must attend the workshop in the prescribed uniform.
 
  • The trainees are alone responsible for the safety of their own possessions and loss incurred will not beat the responsibility of the training centre.
 
  • No trainee is allowed to enter any room or workshop other than assigned to him/her. It is strictly forbidden to take any tool of the centre outside the workshop.
 
  • Any damage done to the premises, buildings, instruments, machines or tools will have to be made proper.
 
  • Letters to the trainees, arriving in the institute's address are liable to be censored.
 
  • Visitors are not allowed during class hours except in urgent cases.
 
  • Smoking, chewing, use of sniffs or use of objectionable objects are strictly forbidden in the campus.
 
  • The signed agreement by the guardian and trainee at the time of admission is a contract undertaken to observe strictly the above conditions in this prospectus.
 
  • In case of doubt with regard to the explanation of any of the rules etc. the decision by the head of the training centre shall be final.
 
 
   
 
  • Fees are levied from trainees to cover the expenses of their training .From time to time as per the requirements the fees will be revised accordingly.
 
  • At the time of admission the guardian and trainee will have to submit an assurance to pay all the fees for the entire training period even if due to some reason or other the trainee may have to discontinue or is a dropout.
 
  • Receipts are issued for all payments which should be produced at any time for verification.
 
 
   
 
  • A set of tools is issued to all trainees which they have to use and return at the end of the training in their good condition.
 
  • No tool may be lent or borrowed from fellow trainees.
 
 
   
 
  • The workshops of all trades are fully equipped and all tools and machineries required are available and the tools required from the main tool room will be issued for the use of the trainees on recommendation of the trade instructor. These tools have to be returned at the end of each workshop session. DAMAGE TO ANY TOOL OR MACHINERY DUE TO CARELESSNESS, MISUSE etc. WILL HAVE TO BE MADE GOOD BY THE RESPONSIBILITY OF TRAINEES AND DUE FINE WILL BE LEVIED.
 
  • All jobs completed and evaluated should be in the possession of the concerned instructor till the end of the training except in the case where dismantling of jobs are required and the parts to be replaced.
 
 
   
 
  • The trainees are obliged to observe strictly the rules and regulations of conduct in the institute during their training.
 
  • Indiscipline, misconduct, or irregularity will render a trainee liable for fine, suspension or dismissal as the case may be.
 
  • Strict regularity, politeness, courtesy of speech and conduct, cleanliness of dress, person and places are expected from all trainees.
 
  • Regular attendance is absolutely essential except in cases of unavoidable circumstances.
 
  • Punctuality of attendance of classes at the appointed time should be strictly observed. Absence of one hour would be considered as half day leave.
